Refund Eligibility

imATRIX offers a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the software for any reason, you can request a full refund within this period, provided you meet the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • You can provide proof of purchase
  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall the software

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your imATRIX account
  2. Navigate to the Billing section
  3. Click on "Request Refund"
  4. Provide your reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)
  5. Submit your request

Alternatively, you can email our support team with your purchase details and refund request.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period
  • Cases of software abuse or license violations
  • Enterprise licenses with custom agreements (refer to your contract terms)
