imATRIX is a digital software product delivered electronically. As such, traditional shipping methods do not apply to our offerings.
Access to Software
Upon successful payment, customers will receive:
- An email confirmation of purchase
- Instructions for downloading and installing the software
- A license key or activation code to unlock the software features
Delivery Timeline
Access to imATRIX is typically granted immediately after payment confirmation. In cases where there might be a delay:
- Email confirmations are sent within 5 minutes of purchase
- If you don't receive your confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder
- For any delivery issues, please contact our support team

Before purchasing, please ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements for imATRIX:
- Windows 10/11 (64-bit)
- 8GB RAM (16GB recommended)
- CUDA enabled GPU (only required for faster indexing)
- 3GB free disk space
- Modern multi-core processor (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or better)
- Internet connection required for license verification only
License Activation
Your license is tied to your account. You can reinstall the software on a new device by deactivating it on your old device first. For enterprise licenses, activation is managed through your organization's account.
